THE SCALLOP

The Rabbit 24 scallop gin has a unique scent that combines the fresh,

sharp and spicy notes of traditional gin such as the salty,

sea-like aromas of fresh shellfish.

The scent has hints of the ocean, seaweed,

and a hint of the sweet scent associated with fresh scallops.

This gin has a unique and intriguing flavor profile that is a combination of the salty,

umami notes from the scallop, a hint of seaweed and a refreshing, spicy taste.

The scallop gives a subtle but present hint of seafood

which is combined with the traditional juniper and

other botanicals typical of gin.
