Ingredients:

• 50ml Rabbit24 Black Fig Gin

• 15 ml fresh lemon juice

• 15 ml sugar syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water)

• 100 ml soda water

• Ice cubes

• Fresh fig slice for garnish

Preparation:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Add the Rabbit24 Black Fig Gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup to the shaker.

Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to thoroughly mix and cool all ingredients.

Strain the mix into an ice-filled highball glass.

Top with soda water and stir gently.

Garnish with a slice of fresh fig on the rim of the glass.
