Rabbit24 Macadamia Gin Tonic

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Macadamia & Tasmanian Pepper Gin

  • 150ml Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water

  • A few slices of cucumber

  • Sprig of thyme

  • Ice cubes

 

Preparation method:

Glass: Use a large gin and tonic glass or a balloon glass.

Ice: Fill the glass generously with large ice cubes to cool it properly.

Gin: Pour 50 ml Macadamia & Tasmanian Pepper Gin over the ice.

Tonic: Add 150 ml Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water. Pour the tonic slowly into the glass so that the effervescent bubbles are retained.

Garnish: Add a few thin slices of cucumber for a refreshing taste. Add a sprig of thyme for an aromatic and slightly spicy touch.

To serve: Stir gently with a long spoon to blend the flavors without disturbing the bubbles.

Additional Tips:

Ice cubes: Use large ice cubes so that they melt less quickly and keep your drink cool for longer without watering it down.

Glass rim: For an extra touch of aroma and taste, you can rub the rim of the glass with a piece of thyme.

This combination of Macadamia & Tasmanian Pepper Gin and Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water creates an interesting blend of nutty and spicy flavors, refreshed by the cucumber and subtly enhanced by the thyme. Perfect for an evening of relaxation with a surprising twist!
