Rabbit24 Coconut Gin Tonic

50ml Rabbit24 Coconut Gin

150 ml Schweppes Premium Mixer Tonic & Pink Pepper

Slices of fresh pineapple

Fresh mint leaves

Preparation method:
Glass: Use a large gin and tonic glass or a balloon glass.
Ice: Fill the glass generously with large ice cubes to cool it properly.
Gin: Pour 50 ml Rabbit24 Coconut Gin over the ice.
Tonic: Add 150 ml Schweppes Premium Mixer Tonic & Pink Pepper. Pour the tonic slowly into the glass so that the effervescent bubbles are retained.

Garnish: Add a few thin slices of fresh pineapple for an extra tropical touch. Add a few fresh mint leaves for an aromatic and refreshing taste.
To serve: Stir gently with a long spoon to blend the flavors without disturbing the bubbles.
