Ingredients:

50ml Rabbit24 Pink Dragon Gin

15 ml lemon juice

20 ml sugar syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water)

75 ml cranberry juice

50 ml pineapple juice

Soda water

Ice cubes

Slice of dragon fruit or a strawberry for garnish

 

Preparation:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Add the Rabbit24 Pink Dragon Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, cranberry juice and pineapple juice to the shaker.

Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to thoroughly mix and cool all ingredients.

Strain the mix into an ice-filled highball glass.

Top with a dash of soda water and stir gently.

Garnish with a slice of dragon fruit or a strawberry on the rim of the glass.
