Rabbit24 Gin Colada

Ingredients:

• 50ml Rabbit24 Coconut Gin

• 25 ml coconut cream

• 50 ml pineapple juice

• 15 ml lime juice

• Ice cubes

• Pineapple slice and/or cherry for garnish

Preparation:

Fill a blender with ice cubes.

Add the Rabbit24 Coconut Gin, coconut cream, pineapple juice and lime juice to the blender.

Blend until the mixture is smooth and frozen.

Pour the mixture into a chilled hurricane or highball glass.

Garnish with a slice of pineapple and/or a cherry on the edge of the glass.
