Ingredients:

• 50ml Rabbit24 Orange Blossom Gin

• 25 ml fresh orange juice

• 15 ml sugar syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water)

• 75ml prosecco

• Soda water

• Ice cubes

• Orange slice or a sprig of mint for garnish

Preparation:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Add the Rabbit24 Orange Blossom Gin, fresh orange juice and sugar syrup to the shaker.

Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to thoroughly mix and cool all ingredients.

Strain the mix into an ice-filled wine glass.

Add the prosecco and stir gently.

Top with a dash of soda water.

Garnish with a slice of orange or a sprig of mint at the edge of the glass.
