Rabbit24 Macadamia Martini

Ingredients:

50ml Rabbit24 Macadamia & Tasmanian Pepper Gin

15 ml dry vermouth

10 ml maple syrup

2-3 drops Angostura bitters

Ice cubes

Macadamia nut for garnish

 

Preparation:

Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes.

Add the Rabbit24 Macadamia & Tasmanian Pepper Gin, dry vermouth, maple syrup and Angostura bitters.

Stir the mixture well for about 20-30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mix into a chilled martini glass.

Garnish with a macadamia nut on a cocktail stick or a twist of Tasmanian pepper on top of the cocktail.
